Instructor Kitty DesJardien hosts this super fun workout class in our event space where participants can exercise in springy shoes called rebound boots!

Rebound boots are safe, stable & a super fun way to get a great cardio workout. This class will be BEGINNER FRIENDLY & super laid back... participate at whichever activity level you choose as these boots are great way for all bodies to get a rad workout!
