NO! In lieu of a room rental rate, there is a food & beverage minimum.

We're happy to offer events 11am-Midnight seven days a week. At times, we are able to accommodate earlier events, so please reach out to an Event Coordinator with your request.

Yes! Outside food caterers are permitted under the following conditions and provisions: All food, linens, glassware, flatware & china must come from the dedicated caterer. Caterers must be licensed and insured and carry additional event insurance naming Fat Pants Brewing Co. as an additional insured party. Caterers will not have access to any preparation areas, dry storage, or cold storage, nor will Fat Pants/HopSpot staff assist in the preparation, set-up, facilitation, service, or clean-up of catered food. Fat Pants Brewing Co. accepts no liability or responsibility as it pertains to outside food. 

No outside liquor is permitted, however an Event Coordinator is happy to look into options for sourcing certain products upon request.

Yes, we have 2 wireless microphones available for a $50 fee/ per microphone, along with a projector with HDMI connection for a $50 fee.

A $500 cancellation/damage deposit is required to reserve a date. To provide a deposit, Fat Pants will accept either a check in the amount of $500 or a Card Authorization form authorizing the deposit amount.

Cancellations will be accepted via email. We do not take cancellations over the phone. Cancellations are only official upon receipt of our cancellation verification email. 

Fat Pants Brewing Co. reserves the right to keep the $500 deposit as damages in the event a cancellation is made at anytime after a signed contract & deposit has been secured. 

If cancelling within 60 days of the event date, the lessee will be responsible for the following charges: 

— Less than 60 days notice: 25% of food & beverage minimum or total hourly minimum PLUS $500 security deposit 

— Less than 30 days notice: 50% of food & beverage minimum or total hourly minimum PLUS $500 security deposit 

— Less than 14 days notice: 100% of food & beverage minimum or total hourly minimum PLUS $500 security deposit 

Any cancellation shall result in a total retainer of all fees due and paid to date to Fat Pants Brewing Co. as liquidated damages. Fat Pants Brewing Co. reserves the right to cancel any event for which payment outlined above is not received by designated date. If a cancellation occurs due to failure to pay the event fee by the time required, any payment made toward billing for the event in less the full amount will be forfeited as liquidated damages. Said partial payment is in addition to the security deposit, which shall also be retained as per that provision of this contract.

Yes! Food tastings are available for up to 6 guests. Please contact the Event Coordinator for pricing and availability.

Yes! We have established partnerships with wonderful vendors and encourage you to utilize their services.

Yes, we are ADA approved. Two large parking lots, with ample handicapped parking, is available.

All items brought in by you, your vendors, or your guests will need to be removed, including balloons & cardboard boxes. We are happy to provide professional cleaning of the space so you can enjoy your event.

Yes! We provide basic WI-FI and a password will be given to you when you arrive the day of your event.
