We don't charge by the hour for you to use our space.
Instead, we offer reasonable food & beverage minimums — and any money your guests spend counts toward that total!

*Hourly room rental fees are applicable when using an outside catering service.

💡 How It Works

If you're hosting an event with us, all food and drink purchases — by you and your guests — go toward your food & beverage minimum.

Example: You host a reception and prepay for $1,500 in food. If your guests spend an additional $1,000 on drinks during your event, that $1,000 also counts toward your minimum.

✅ If your total meets or exceeds the minimum — you owe nothing more!

⚠️ If it falls short, you simply pay the remainder.

• 4 Hour Event Sunday - Thursday: $1,500
• 6 Hour Event Sunday - Thursday: $2,000
• 4 Hour Event Friday or Saturday: $2,500
• 6 Hour Event Friday or Saturday: $3,000
